UN Partition PlanLAKE SUCCESS, April 3-A key delegate expressed doubt today that the United Nations Assembly will reverse its decision to partition Palestine.

He asserted it would be extremely difficult to marshal the two-thirds majority of the 57-nation Assembly to overthrow the November 29 resolution on partition.

The delegate would not permit identification but he has been concerned with the Palestine since last fall. He did not discuss what might happen if the partition decision is upheld.

The Assembly will meet at Flushing Meadow, New York, in special session April 16 to reconsider the whole problem.
