With regard to the peace talks scheduled for Arabs and Jews on the Island of Rhodes, Tewfik Abul Huda of Trans-Jordan predicted that Arabs may refuse to attend or “sit at the same conference table with the Jews.”  He added that this has been the “traditional” Arab policy.
