JERUSALEM, Nov. 3 (U.P.)-Palestine authorities put the United States consulate general inside a heavily guarded security zone today and surrounded it with barbed wire as a precaution against attack by groups that resent the United States stand for a partition of Palestine. Similar precautions were taken at the French consulate general.
