LAKE SUCCESS, March 7 (AP)-United Nations officials said today members of the Palestine Commission receive $60 a day each. This amounts to $21,900 a year, approximately the amount paid assistant secretaries-general of the U. N.

The Palestine Commission members are Karel Lisicky of Czechoslovakia, Dr. Eduardo Morgan of Panama, Per Federspiel of Denmark and Raul Diez de Medina of Bolivia.

A fifth member, Vicente J. Francisco of the Philippines, announced his resignation on February 24.

They have been meeting here since January 9 and are now awaiting action by the Security Council on their request for military force to help carry out the partitioning of Palestine.
