Vitslav Zasslevsky, 24, of Ashdod, was shot to death in the morning as he was taking his car to a garage between the Samaria Arab villages of Biddya and Masha. He was shot at point-blank range and died instantly. IDF Soldier Max Hazan, 20, from Dimona, was killed by PA fire from Bet Sahour near the Shdema base in the Bethlehem District.
