CAIRO, July 1 (AP)-The Arabs today declined an invitation from Count Bernadotte to send representatives to Rhodes for negotiations on a Palestine settlement. Instead, they invited him to come to Cairo, if he wished to get in contact with the Arab leaders. Tewfik Abul Huda Pasha, Trans-Jordan Prime Minister, said- “Trans-Jordan is a sovereign country and cannot yield any part of its sovereignty,” he asserted.
