Amman, Trans-Jordan, May 18 (AP)-The Arab legion announced Tuesday night two legion sections had entered Jewish quarters of the old City of Jerusalem and occupied positions there.
Arab legion forces have moved up to the northern side of Jerusalem, and artillery has been placed in positions dominating the town, said the legion communique.
