TEL AVIV, Aug- 4 (AP)-Zahara Levitov, pretty, 21-year-old, American-educated bomber pilot with the Israeli air force, was killed late yesterday in an air crash between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, Israeli officials announced.

Miss Levitov trained to fly, as a hobby, at Bakersfield, Calif. She flew several bombing missions for the Israelis against the Arabs in the Palestine fighting.

The air force refused to list her actual missions or to say whether these included the bomber sorties against Arabian capitals.

Also killed in the same crash was the co-pilot, Emmanuel Rothschild, 18, of Ramat. Gan. His wife is Betty Gordon of Los Angeles, the officials announced.
