Returning and Redemption
BEIRUT, Lebanon, May 25 (UP)-Lebanese police killed four persons yesterday when they fired at members of the Shiite sect who were demonstrating against Lebanese Jews, a Foreign Office spokesman reported today.
The incident occurred at Teybe, a village in southern Lebanon. The spokesman said that the Palestine war did not alter the status of Lebanese Jews and that they were entitled to the same protection as any one else in this country.
