1951-1952 Arab Refugees

In a series of reports from the Middle East inn 1951 and 1952, the American journalist Stewart Alsop notes that Palestinian refugees surround Israel “with an iron ring of hate” and portrays the refugee camps as “a reservoir of smoldering antagonism against the State of Israel and its Western backers.”
