TEL AVIV, Aug. 9 (AP)-Plans for the arrival of 10,000 Jewish immigrants monthly beginning this month were announced today by Dr. Joseph Schwartz, European director of the American Joint Distribution Committee.

Dr. Schwartz said at a news conference the immigrants will sail from ports of assembly in Europe. He estimated 600,000 of the 700,000 Jews no win Europe will emigrate to Israel, including 250,000 displaced persons who will be given priority. The figures do not include the Jews of the Soviet zone of Germany, he said.

The migration will cost $1.250,000 a month, or $125 per person, Dr. Schwartz said.
