“Peace remote in Palestine Arab leaders hold back from all attempts to reach settlement by negotiation.
None dares to meet Jews
Consequently, no single Arab leader dares to meet Jewish leaders for the purpose of reaching an Arab-Jewish understanding, no matter how convinced the Arab leaders may be inwardly that such a meeting is in the interest of the economic and social progress of the country.”
