Nefertiti’s Head, c. 1370-c. 1330 BCE

Nefertiti’s head was found at Amarna in 1912. She was the wife of the Egyptian Pharaoh Akhenaten. She was the mother-in-law and probable stepmother of the Pharaoh Tutankhamun.
