July 9, 1948 King Farouk Dissatisfied with Arabs Who Fled Palestine

King Farouk of Egypt, in a broadcast to the Arab world, expressed his dissatisfaction with the Palestine Arabs who ran away leaving their houses and lands and providing an opportunity for large Jewish immigration and putting Palestine, as he said, in danger of a Jewish majority.
