TEL AVIV, ISRAEL, June 27. (AP)-High officers of the Israeli army today took an oath of allegiance before Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion as the army began to emerge from a cloak of secrecy.

The oath will be administered tomorrow to the entire army.

Yaakov Dostrowsky, whose name was disclosed today for the first time as chief of staff, was absent because of illness. Hertofore the names of high staff officers were kept secret even from people here.
