RISHON LE ZION, Israel, — Hours after the Israeli military killed a well-known Palestinian militant and two of his comrades, a young man with bleached-blond hair and a hidden bomb blew himself up at a park gazebo here, killing at least 2 Israelis and injuring 27 others.
