On March 7, 1955 The Resolution of the United Nation on Mix Arms Commission

Notes once again with concern the continuous crossing of the Armistice demarcation line from Egyptian controlled territory into Israel by infiltrators and their illegal actions in Israel;

Notes further with grave concern the repeated firing from permanent Egyptian military positions on Israel routine patrols operating within Israel territory;

Notes again with grave concern that despite the obligations imposed on Egypt by the General Armistice Agreement and many Mixed Armistice Commission decisions an end has not yet been put to the aggressive and hostile acts by Egypt against Israel;

Decides that these aggressive actions constitute a flagrant violation of Article II, para. 2 and Article V para. 4 of the General Armistice Agreement by Egypt.

Call upon the Egyptian authorities to terminate immediately these aggressive actions by Egyptian military positions and the continuous infiltration into Israel.”
